Sales (PA) All-Star Baseball Academy (ASBA) is currently accepting resumes for a Sales Representative in our Warminster, PA office. ASBA has 5 locations in the Chester, Delaware and Bucks counties of PA with our newest in Cherry Hill, NJ. As a result of our recent expansion and continued success, ASBA is seeking focused candidates to grow with us. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving day to day sales to support our five facilities and Special Events. In order to successfully accomplish this, the Sales Representative will

  • Plan, develop, and implement sound sales presentations to current clientele and new prospects
  • Effectively demonstrate the ability to establish a rapport with a variety of people and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage prospects by developing strategic marketing plans and capturing key information in prospect database.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company programs and product.
  • Maintain activity logs and reporting requirements
  • Attend weekly sales strategy meetings Top candidates will have the following minimum requirements.

  • Must have basic computer and internet skills.
  • Must be available to work evenings.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and held accountable for personal performance
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Common baseball knowledge is preferred.
