All-Star Baseball Academy (ASBA) is currently accepting resumes for a Sales Representative in our Warminster, PA office.
ASBA has 5 locations in the Chester, Delaware and Bucks counties of PA with our newest in Cherry Hill, NJ. As a result of our recent expansion and continued success, ASBA is seeking focused candidates to grow with us. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving day to day sales to support our five facilities and Special Events. In order to successfully accomplish this, the Sales Representative will
Plan, develop, and implement sound sales presentations to current clientele and new prospects
Effectively demonstrate the ability to establish a rapport with a variety of people and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Effectively manage prospects by developing strategic marketing plans and capturing key information in prospect database.
Demonstrate knowledge of company programs and product.
Maintain activity logs and reporting requirements
Attend weekly sales strategy meetings
Top candidates will have the following minimum requirements.
Must a strong desire to succeed.
Must have excellent communication skill.
Must be determined, confident, organized, and enthusiastic about our product.
Must have basic computer and internet skills.
Must be available to work evenings.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and held accountable for personal performance
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Common baseball knowledge is preferred.
