About the Job


  • Direct game day video production of internal and external streaming video.
  • Create player animations and video introductions.
  • Hire and monitor game day staffing; including but not limited to camera operators, scoreboard operators, sound and video producers
  • Work with Director of Marketing & Promotions to ensure complete sponsor activation.
  • Oversee all aspects of RailCats in-house and external production.
  • Create engaging video content for in-game and social media use.
  • Other Game Day duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • At least one (1) year of video production experience, preferably in a professional sports environment
  • Must have superior communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and assume a leadership role during events and throughout projects
  • Outgoing and personable, energetic and customer service-minded attitude
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Ability to work long hours including nights weekends, and holidays especially (April-September) Compensation This is a SEASONAL salaried position.
