Position Summary Work hand-in-hand with Carolina Panthers digital media team, revenue, and sponsorship departments to create fan-facing content and develop partnership strategies. Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of social media posts and maintain the social media calendar with promotional posts, historical content, and organization needs
  • Work with internal creative team to develop engaging social media content from concept to execution
  • Create best-in class partner content across our social and digital platforms
  • Manage the collaboration with partners across multiple business units to deliver social and digital content
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks of the social media team
  • Lead reporting of content performance and feedback for better development and execution
  • Lead analytical reporting to better develop a common purpose to create insights-driven content that benefits fans
  • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience of brand account management
  • Full understanding of each social media platform and its capabilities while staying on top of trends and advancements
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of photo and video editing tools
  • Must have the ability to lead a small team
  • Excellent oral, written, communication, and proofreading skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task while managing time successfully
  • Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment and think creatively
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technology and act proactively
  • Ability to work on a team and independently
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must pass pre-employment screens
