Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:

  • Adheres to all accounting standards
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports such as: Batch Reports, Cash Reports
  • Prepares bank deposits and change orders
  • Assists in Accounts Receivable management and prepares statements
  • Accounts Payable entry and check processing
  • Reviews and processes expense reports
  • Maintains record keeping, filing systems and processes daily mail
  • Assists in the reconciliation of accounts payable and vendor statements
  • Other general accounting duties to be determined
  • Performs other duties as required.

    Minimum Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk:

  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Other Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of property management system.
