Florida State College at Jacksonville seeks candidates for a Head Women's Volleyball Coach. The Coach provides leadership, supervision and coaching to an intercollegiate Volleyball athletic team of the College. The Coach directs training and practice programs for the team, and teaches skills and strategies to student athletes. An employee in this position monitors the academic progress of team members, and arranges for appropriate guidance and/or assistance to contribute to the academic success of the student athletes.

At a minimum the selected candidate will have an Associate's degree from an accredited institution supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years of related coaching experience. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from and accredited institution supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years of collegiate volleyball coaching experience. Ability to recruit a strong regional junior college program with strong communication and organizational skills.
