The Manager, Digital Marketing will support the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce in managing a broad range of digital marketing activities and initiatives. They will also partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to drive traffic, improve conversion rate, and increase average order value from new and returning customers through marketing and site optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain digital marketing calendars. Continue to develop and optimize a digital intake and governance process. Partner with brand marketing and merchandising to ensure digital marketing strategies are consistent with product priorities. Recap campaign KPIs for key product stories and socialize results weekly and monthly. Gather and organize product campaign details such as delivery dates, quantities, locations and creative assets. Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign landing pages and optimize user experience. Plan and obtain customer segments for remarketing use across Google, Facebook, and other ad partners. Partner with the CRM team to support a coordinated 'always-on' contact strategy for the whole customer lifecycle. Support the planning and coordination of digital marketing content creation. Conduct testing on the site, app, and marketing channels to identify bugs, customer friction, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze digital marketing performance and work with the digital marketing team to plan and implement optimizations. Partner with the digital marketing team to develop a monthly testing roadmap and a cadence for socializing learnings. Assist with the execution of marketing promotions including setup, testing and deployment. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and forecast traffic, sales, marketing investment, ROI and customers. Assist with onsite and offsite SEO planning and coordination. Support loyalty program growth and engagement by finding ways to engage customers in stores, online and in the app. Collaborate with CRM and mobile teams to optimize email and SMS acquisition efforts. Work with local marketing teams to create event awareness and drive store traffic through geo-targeted digital campaigns. Monitor customer health reports to identify dissatisfaction or friction and find ways to improve the online shopping experience. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Performance Marketing preferred. Minimum of 3years of hands-on experience in a broad digital marketing position. Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Email. Experience with Omni Channel and/or Multi-Channel Retail preferred. Knowledge of Web Analytics (Google and/or Adobe). Experience working with IT, site operations, data, analytics, and other cross-functional teams. Logical thinker, able to synthesize knowledge, data and experience to develop and communicate conclusions and recommendations. Data-driven combined with creative thinking, has the ability to translate data into marketing strategies. Strong desire to be constantly learning about new marketing and product trends and help shape the business growth from the ground up. Willingness to travel as needed (10%).
