Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To unleash the operational potential of the U.S. Organization, through end to end planning, optimizing the organizations operating rhythm, connecting teams cross functionally, supporting the development and execution of the Reebok U.S. business plan and ensuring internal knowledge and alignment Key Responsibilities: SEASONAL OPERATIONS & MILESTONES Drive the execution of key seasonal milestones for the U.S. Market from input through sell out. Ie) US Market Launch Support cross functional up-front alignment to minimize process complexities and ensure efficient execution across U.S. Market functions: U.S. Wholesale, U.S. Retail, U.S. eCom, U.S. Marketing, U.S. CTC, BU CTC OPTIMIZE U.S. MARKETING OPERATING CADENCE Communicate and drive accountability of decisions from key U.S. alignment meetings (SLT) and track progression of key action items Create the structure, and communicate and organize information to so key parties across the U.S. market can easily reference and access information BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS & PRESENTATIONS Drive presentations for the U.S. Organization Work with the U.S. Sr. Team and collaborate cross functionally with the global organization, including the SLT, to create a wide array of presentations ranging from all-employee meetings to adidas board presentations and the U.S. Strategic Business Plan. Create and socialize key market information to the entire organization at Boston HQ Support establishment of a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement PROCESS IMPROVEMENT Implement new processes in order to drive alignment and overall functionality of the U.S. organization Business Solutions Support the implementation of key company initiatives or programs. Solid interpersonal and communications skills Solid planning and organizational skill Solid attention to detail, results focused Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing, finance, economics, or the equivalent experience 4-5 years of professional work experience Exceptional team player with the confidence & integrity to earn internal & external confidence quickly Must be a proactive, self-starter who can identify issues/opportunities, and structure approaches to achieve desired end-results Language fluency (written and verbal) in business English Experience with a matrix organization where influence must replace control Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
