The Project Manager will be responsible for the development, planning, and implementation phases of various projects including but not limited to Global Email Marketing campaigns through our SailThru platform and technical projects related to our ERP system, SAP. The Project Manager will determine the scope, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress towards milestones through completion. The Project Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to make sure the scope and direction of each project is aligned with our company initiatives and strategy.

What You Get to Do:

  • Create and oversee email deployment plan to align with our Marketing campaign schedule
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing Campaign Managers to prioritize regional needs and deployment schedule.
  • Organize and manage strategic initiatives and corresponding projects from kickoff to launch including stakeholder interviews, scope definition, technical requirements gathering and delivery
  • Provide ongoing support for the region and global needs for ERP projects and processes
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, Subject Matter Experts, and IT to ensure that all project goals are established and met
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of open issues/requests within various projects
  • Guide the breakdown of work within projects to specific, actionable elements
What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management or related area of study
  • 3+ years of Technical Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing all stages of technical projects
  • General Understanding of Procurement and Order to Cash Processes
  • Proven ability to work, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience successfully working with small to medium-sized project teams
  • Passion for working with high-performing teams and delivering high-quality technical products and processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to present to small to medium-sized project stakeholder groups
  • Experience with Project Management software (JIRA Confluence a Plus) as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to motivate teams in a smooth, organized way; promoting focus and urgency without inciting panic
  • Positive attitude and creative approach to getting work done
  • Solid knowledge of requirement gathering, planning, development, and testing processes
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting technical problems
