Responsibilities

  • Assisting the department with research and benchmarking various teams regarding sales collateral, pricing, benefits, seating charts, maps, etc.
  • Learning all aspects of the sales process with the ticket and premium sales department
  • Responsible for specific sales-driven projects
  • Assisting with ticket mailings and promotions
  • Other special projects and administrative duties, as assigned
  • Assigned game night responsibilities Learning Objectives
  • Learn how to generate qualified premium/membership sales leads through research
  • Learn how to access and use Microsoft KORE CRM system
  • Learn how to analyze and research market trends pertaining to premium/membership packages
  • Learn how a sales department operates and how to effectively sell a premium/membership packages
  • Learn how to sell ticket plans for a professional sports team
