Position Summary/Objective: The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will support the Partnership Marketing department. Working closely with the SVP – Partnership Marketing, Director – Partnership Marketing, Partnership Marketing Executives, and PBR’s rodeo partners, this position will manage various projects and tasks that support the success of all PBR sponsors. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, work, and grow in the sports and entertainment industry, have a demonstrated background of independently managing projects with strong attention to detail, and embody the spirit of teamwork. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support SVP – Partnership Marketing, Director – Partnership Marketing, and Partnership Marketing Executives
  • Perform limited executive assistant functions for SVP – Partnership Marketing: managing calendars, arranging travel, event planning, special projects, etc.
  • Support PBR’s various rodeo initiatives and partnerships
  • Coordinate sponsor ticket voucher and ticket certificate programs
  • Assist in pre-event communication and post-event reporting
  • Assist in sponsor ticket management
  • Coordinate shipping/delivery of local sponsor marketing materials
  • Develop and implement tracking and reporting procedures to help PBR and partners maximize impact of activations
  • Secure proof of performance photographs, broadcast data, and gather other event data
  • Manage rider vest patch programs
  • Assist in ongoing management of CRM system
  • Secure research and data for projects, proposals, deck builds, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of mid-year and end-of-year reporting
  • Assist Sales Coordinator with data management, cost analyses, reporting, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally within PBR, and across other Endeavor businesses, to help deliver value to partners
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of PBR and partner businesses, becoming an expert in both
  • Assist in creation of case studies highlighting impactful partner activations Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, or marketing in sports and entertainment industry Working Conditions:
  • Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to travel as required
