Scope and Responsibilities:
As a Business Operations Infrastructure Analyst you will be responsible for the following tasks;

  • Collect and utilize data within the Windows Platform ecosystem to create reports and visualizations that provide engineers and leadership visibility into workload, relevant KPI's, and driving operational excellence through strategically focused work efforts.
  • Understanding key business initiatives and using this knowledge to prioritize work.
  • Expand conceptual knowledge and broaden skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in a team environment with a "can do" attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, extend, and enhance current deliverables within the data analytics and business operations services space.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.
  • Interface with internal security governance on best practices related to handling of company data
  • Must have good communication skills including experience with effectively communicating technical information to peers, customers, and clients.
  • Documentation of processes, contacts, and tasks related to work performed.
  • Following release management guidelines for any managed scripts through their development and production lifecycles.
  • Must be self-motivated while receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction.
  • Respond to non-standard requests and investigate with assistance from others as needed
  • Work with various teams to determine and provide reporting and analysis necessary for business environments.


  • 5+ years of experience working in a Windows environment, Data Analysis position, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of an interactive data visualization product. Tableau experience a plus.
  • Experience creating technology related visualizations.
  • An understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other equivalent ITIL management tool. ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting a bonus.
  • Experience with Jira or equivalent work management tool.
  • Working knowledge of technology operational environments.
  • Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including troubleshooting skills and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success at building team relationships globally and partnerships across organizational lines.
  • Functional knowledge of one or more scripting languages. PowerShell preferred.
  • Experience with system automation.
  • Experience with Windows server and client infrastructures.
  • Experience with Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language.
  • Ability to develop project plans and schedules to complete complex projects or new product development.
