About the Job

We are seeking a qualified digital marketer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts using new media and digital tools for Marucci and Victus, working with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase conversions, traffic and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with baseball seasonality and business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, emails, blogs, press releases)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Maintain a cohesive online company voice through collaboration with our social media lead
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
  • Collaborate with our digital agency on paid search, affiliates, SEO and PPC
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketer
  • Familiarity with best practices, web design and integrated digital marketing
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Driven, motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Amazon and eBay is a plus
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media or relevant field
  • Knowledge of baseball players, teams, rules, etc is a plus, but not required
