About the Job


Mission: Oversee portfolio of golfer subscription engagement programs to help launch and profitably manage a new product, including growth of membership and participation.


We seek a highly-motivated and driven individual to help oversee the development and execution of all efforts aimed at growing our subscription base for a new portfolio product. Efforts should be focused on executing a strong Year One marketing plan as well as applying strategic portfolio management to ensure all participating businesses are positioned to contribute to overall growth in members and revenue.


  • Under the direction of the Senior Director of CE Marketing, oversee the execution of an overall golfer engagement plan. Additionally, assist leader with strategic planning for the business.

  • Contribute to the strategy and development of an overarching portfolio marketing plan aimed at identifying best cross-sell prospects as well as fostering interactions among portfolio products to drive membership.

  • Partner with Belfast team to develop an international launch plan for this new product- leveraging learnings from U.S. to drive expansion into Ireland and the UK

  • Manage the promotional calendar for all engagement, loyalty and referral programs

  • Partner with business intelligence and CRM teams to design optimal contact and offer strategies for all engagement programs.

  • Implement and track the national and local marketing tests aimed at driving incremental spend and increased loyalty through all engagement programs and channels

  • Collaborate closely with the engagement and loyalty specialists on the development and execution of social media and content strategies, providing direction and guidance as necessary

  • Collaborate closely with other department and business leaders as necessary to provide guidance on engagement programs

  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Demonstrate passion and strong knowledge of the golf and/or travel industry
  • 3 - 5 years post-college experience in marketing, customer engagement, customer loyalty as well as social media
  • Strong command of CRM marketing as well as social and digital marketing skills
  • Demonstrate strategic acumen as well as strong execution skills.
  • Relationship builder - able to work across departments
  • Proven analytical experience, as well as a strong working knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Omniture,, Tableau, etc.)
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dependable organizational and project management skills
  • BA in Marketing, Communications or other relevant degree
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities with minimal supervision
  • Work well in fast paced, team-oriented environment
