As the Product Integrity Manager, you'll lead the organization in enabling a "Culture of Quality". You will work with a talented, global team developing strategies and actions that standardize, and improve the end to end Converse Global Quality process to meet the customers'/consumers' needs and expectations from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Create, Align, and Improve Converse Quality Process:

  • Lead and partner with cross-functional key stakeholders to create and standardize processes and tools which contribute to product quality and customer/consumer loyalty.
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of new/improved processes across the enterprise and supplier/source base.
  • Act as a primary liaison between product creation, CTS, vendors, factories, distribution center & buying organizations.
Product Integrity Analytics:

  • Establish baseline for annual product issues and defective returns
  • Set and monitor FY product integrity targets
  • Manage Quality Dashboard, cost of poor quality.
  • Manage Manufacturing Index Quality data requirements
Product Issue Resolution Process

  • Design, align and develop training for product issue resolution processes
  • Design, align and develop training for case risk assessment
  • Manage case closure process.
  • Drive quality performance visibility to prevent recurrence of quality defects.
DC Inbound Audit Management

  • Design, align and develop training for inbound audits
  • Design, align and develop training for "quality hold" communications
  • Design, align and develop training for case risk assessment
  • Manage case closure process
  • Drive quality performance visibility to prevent recurrence of quality defects.
Defective Returns Claims Process Resolution

  • Design, align and develop training for defective returns protocols
  • Manage claims closure process
  • Drive quality performance visibility to prevent recurrence of quality defects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' total experience in Product Development or Supply Chain
  • Strong analytics skills with the ability to identify the metrics that drive success, understand multiple data sources, drive conclusions and deliver meaningful and actionable strategic recommendations to a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills; demonstrated success in communicating ideas to various stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Perseverance and persistence in dealing with challenges, and the ability to find creative, innovative solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to prioritize workload, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines. Project management certifications and/or experience is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Willigness to relocate to the Boston, MA metro area
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
