About the Job
This position is responsible for creating strategic digital marketing programs as well as managing and leading a team of digital marketing experts to help clients sell more tickets through a variety of programmatic marketing efforts. This position will also manage digital marketing partnerships including Google, Facebook and others to help create industry innovations for digital that will impact the Paciolan community. This role will additionally work closely with other external groups to ensure that client satisfaction and campaign results are achieved.
Provide strategic planning, support and recommendations to grow digital marketing strategies to help our clients sell more tickets.
Create turnkey programs and strategic plans for clients to engage their customers and enhance the live entertainment experience through digital marketing.
Provide consultative services and recommendations for clients to leverage digital marketing tools and solutions to achieve goals and objectives.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with client community as well as technology leaders including Google and Facebook.
Collaborate with key stakeholders both internally and externally to develop and implement digital strategies at scale.
Spearhead the conception, development and execution of transactional digital marketing programs for Paciolan clients.
Lead team in the development and execution of best-in-class digital marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive sales and increase engagement for Paciolan clients.
Oversee the team in all facets of campaign planning, budget allocation, creative approval and timeline development.
Outline success measures for each campaign/program based upon organizational goals.
Motivate, mentor and develop great talent and lead the professional development of direct reports.
Manage a revenue number and help grow revenue for Paciolan.
Ensure team is consistently optimizing campaign performance and managing budgets efficiently.
Lead team in research of new digital trends, platforms, and experiences that can inform digital marketing strategy and be used to reach new fans
Team Management - Requires 10+ years of management experience.
Manage digital marketing plans to achieve goals and objectives.
Facilitates positive team atmosphere and growth opportunities.
Create growth opportunities for digital marketing team.
Works well interdepartmentally with other teams to drive success.
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
Must be adept in a variety of digital media platforms including the Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
Excellent Communications Skills (both written and oral)
Strong quantitative and analytics skills.
Clear understanding of return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Requires a team player that possesses a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, who is highly motivated to achieve results.
