Nike's Global Brand Imaging (GBI) provides compelling product imagery and copy that elevates the Nike brand vision. As part of our evolution, GBI is opening its flagship North American photography and video studio near Culver City, California. The GBI Photo Studio is seeking a Creative Operations Producer to support the execution of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from line plan through to retail and ecommerce. You will lead a team that forecasts and prepares inbound product for photography and/or video. You and your team will prepare and stage smart product batches for photography. You will provide real-time inbound and batching reporting to inform photo crew booking teams. You must understand Photo Studio production so that you can coordinate effectively and drive continuous process improvements. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, enjoy coordinating and overseeing processes to completion, exceptionally organized, collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product image creation process; from line plan management, preseason forecasting, product workflow for production, to delivery and ultimately post-season recapping
  • Lead ETW Creative Operations Production Coordinator(s)
  • Participate in a team culture of continuous improvement
  • Coordinate photo production process through cross collaboration with Inbound/Outbound, Photography and Post Production teams
  • Use IT systems to evaluate performance, coordinate and plan production for product photography
  • Participate in strategies to increase image completion and accuracy, monitor and report to key stakeholder
  • Collaborate with production teams to determine schedule of daily merchandising tasks and required preparation for each shoot
  • Track product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems
  • Extract, compile, and deliver data for reporting purposes, lead Creative Operations Seasonal Recaps
  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure merchandise and assets meet compliance standards
  • Partner with various members of the studio team as needed to facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to set
  • Partner with production partners to ensure timely delivery of work based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), timelines
  • Set and maintain production priorities during the day, week and season based on changing business needs
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reducing training time, improve comprehension, and ensure compliance
  • Continually improve and develop business performance and process flows
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and solve any issues that arise throughout the production process
  • Communicate styling/shoot information to producers, stylists, and creative team members as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 3+ years Photo Studio experience; successfully delivering results in a project management/production capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or related field
  • Possesses an inspiring work ethic with the ability to drive teams to an extreme level of quality and performance
  • Experience producing in an ecommerce environment
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group or people.
  • Computer savvy with advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work as needed, including the occasional weekend, to meet peak demands in a fast-paced environment
