Position Summary

The level I Market Analyst provides business intelligence, analytics and data support for the research and development of new Life Time centers, as well as the ongoing operations of existing centers. This position works alongside level II analysts and the Senior Director in providing ad hoc studies, data mining and analytics for key enterprise initiatives and business needs. Market Analysts uphold the fulfillment of Life Time's mission statement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes ad hoc reports, maps and other data requests for Real Estate and various enterprise business needs
  • Performs research and data harvesting from external sources for project demands
  • Performs statistical and geospatial queries using BI platform on proprietary member and club databases
  • Preps data and templates for membership projections
  • Administers data vending process and provides support/maintenance for team's BI platform
  • Interfaces and be a liaison to other business units with MSAT deliverables
  • Produces standard data reports and studies around core club, member and market attributes
  • Provides a supporting role in predictive model building
  • Provides a supporting role in more complex studies and research projects
  • Travels to targeted Life Time sites to perform competition research and assist in trade area assessments

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 1 year of related analyst experience

Preferred Requirements
  • 2 years of related experience
