About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting CAA’s Corporate Communications team with ongoing media relations and internal communications across a wide range of entertainment, sports and other businesses and clients. This role is ideal for someone with a high level of organization and thrives in providing high-level support for our clients and business partners. Responsibilities Strategize, write & edit internal and external materials Conduct research to support Corporate Communications planning and strategy Secure media coverage of relevant CAA news Manage speaking opportunities calendar and secure relevant engagements for CAA employees Anticipate needs and prioritizes well Lead projects that support the Corporate Communications team Traffic manage and communication flow relevant data Working with CC Executives to support client needs Tracking Media Coverage and analysis Field informational calls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, PR or related field 3-5 years of experience in a communications role Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once Reliable: meets deadlines, prioritizes well, and has a high sense of urgency Meticulous attention to detail Strong writing and proofreading skills. Must be a nimble writer and be able to turnaround assignments swiftly Professional, confident and mature demeanor Able to anticipate needs Please provide complete and legible information.
