Principal Domain Architect GTM/Converse/BM Responsibilities :

  • Works closely with Go to Market, Brand Marketing & Sports Marketing Domain leaders (business and technology)
  • Works closely with GTM business architect to develop domain architecture roadmaps
  • Partners with Converse leaders to ensure global technology alignment
  • Partners with Geography leaders to ensure global technology alignment
  • Works across Enterprise Architecture teams to influence a technical vision that moves the business forward
  • Works closely with Reference Architecture Leader to ensure technology alignment with business drivers
  • Provides technology guidance and insight to business and technology Domain leaders
  • Ensures architecture alignment across domains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals)
  • Leads large cross domain architecture initiatives
  • Ensures solution designs are consistent and developed based on domain roadmaps, reference architectures and enterprise platforms
  • Leads team of solution architects and technical architects
  • Ensures entire domain is adequately staffed with solution and technical architects
  • Provides expert technical advice to domain architecture team
  • Work closely with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, SAP, etc.) to ensure technology roadmap alignments


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Management
  • 10+ years in technology architect roles
  • 5+ years as lead architect
  • 5+ years in leading teams
  • 5+ years providing technical leadership to business & cross-functional teams
  • 10+ years in hands-on software engineering
  • 3+ years working with cloud technologies
  • Prior experience in designing and implementing highly scalable solutions in a distributed cloud based environment
  • Solid skills using Agile methodologies, with familiarity in other methodologies as projects may require
  • Strong understanding of consumer goods marketing and sales life cycles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience working in large global organizations
  • Ability to quickly cut though complex issues and chooses best solutions and course of action
