GENERAL DESCRIPTION IPG360 is looking for an innovative thinker to join a fast-growing, start-up company at the intersection of sports, entertainment and technology. This individual will be integral in generating partnership revenue for IPG360’s marquee clients and working on the national accounts. With strong instincts and a “get stuff done” mindset, this candidate must have a consultative sales-minded approach and will work closely with the CEO for business development activities. This position will be responsible for the following: -Manage day to day business development activities around targeting new prospects across key IPG360 prestige properties -Active prospecting and sales outreach on an ongoing basis across key accounts -Work closely with the IPG360 Studio, the Business Development team, the VP & CEO on building partner lead campaigns, presentations, and deliverables -Support the administrative process of the sales pipeline and sales activities for clients from targeting to execution of sales funnel -Research new target companies and build deep brand & client relationships -Responsible for improving and maintaining sales materials when needed -Execute client calls/meetings for fact-finding, insight and marketing objectives -Brainstorm with IPG360 Studio to develop strategic recommendations, build customized proposals that fit prospective partner’s target demographics, key markets, address specific needs and work within defined budget parameters -Provide research assistance such as prospecting for new clients and business contacts -Monitor inventory assets throughout projects to maintain organization among available and sold assets -Participate in marketing opportunities and collaborations across the IPG360 Studio -Develop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat/recurring business -Other sales activities determined by the VP & CEO EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS Undergraduate degree preferred -MBA or Post-graduate degree is a plus -3+ years of experience in a business development, sales or partnerships role -2–3 years of successfully developing brand/client relationships, selling long-term partnerships for teams, properties, events, etc. -Deep understanding of the partnership sales process and desire to own sales cycle from start to finish -Comfortable with account management and client servicing on an ongoing basis -Passionate about marketing, business-to-business and strategic partnership programs -Ability to think out of the box as it relates to marketing, partnerships and new business -Software skills (Excel, Word, Keynote or Powerpoint, CRM) -Collaborative and professional work ethic -Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-pace, start-up environment -Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, listening and written including client presentation skills
